If you know of other investors, please advise them to not vote on the WHITE PROXY. IMO the only salvation for this investment is to replace management. What have we to lose? The nominees for the dissidents are respected AND invested people who would like this thing "righted" Lori boasts that her team is the only experienced team to lead this company...my experiance with her team has NOT been pleasant. I'd rather the devil we don't know than the one we all do! Spread the word!
