If I had to guess,and I'm not good at it,,, Id say that giving that the securities and Venture allow this to proceed,, Not fogetting that they'll have to do a PP at some point in time,,I'd say the buyers would be a consortium of her friends and colleagues and anyone else she can drum up that will side with her for the vote.
