What I don't understand Kemo, is what do we need money for? Is the treasury empty now? We were told in Calgary that there was enough money to complete the 20,000 metre drill program which was suspended in May. There should have been very little depletion of the funds since then other than daily operational costs.

She has sold her position while telling shareholders that the Tesoro is not a bust, and now she seeks more exploration money as a sign that this company's properties have huge potential...so much potential that SHE doesn't want shares in it!

This PP IMO reeks of unethical management, and whether she purchases shares in her own name or through a friend or a numbered company, I can't imagine for a second that this PP was not designed strictly to benefit HER! This must be stopped by the TSX and/or the BCSC or, as Sculpin alluded, this puts a black mark on the exchange and commission, discrediting both bodies IMO.
