It looks like about the money involved. The last round of her selling was close to 800,000 shares. If she had to sell SLI, to buy these, she must be without liquid cash, which seems odd. It would also mean that she expects Intigold to perform better than SLI. Unless she needs the shares to creat or maintain controll. Take your pick. Real888
