There are some posts & questions about the voting. Just something to get started. You should ensure with your broker, you are registered, and ensure you will receive the proxy you require in the mail.

NOTE:

If you go on the top left, on Agoracom, do the following to view a proxy form:

• Go to Hub Home
• Under financials, click on "View Filing"
• Scroll down to Oct 21, 2011
• Click on "Form of Proxy" (24K file)

This is what you should get in the mail with your package. However, do you see the problems?

For the directors, your option is FOR or WITHHOLD

There is no AGAINST, it is marked N/A

So, WTF? What kind of vote is this?

I imagine it will be the same this year?

This year, Lori & Allan St James were due to be up for vote.

So, I guess it'll be Lori, and I assume the new directors will both be up?
