What I'm afraid of is that the SP is being kept in a narrow trading range (in the .20 to .25 Cent range) until the money in the treasury gets low. Then, a PP at .25c - with the CEO claiming that the market is so skittish that the only way to raise money is a PP - and it is being done at market, not at a discount to market like last year. And we definitely need the cash to start working on Vilcoro.

Take a look at the new IGD placement. Doesn't look like it was open to the general market, does it?
