I also think there is more to come also,I think Laurie is buying time to maximize the value of our properties by gathering detailed information and developing well informed experts.

In any future sale negotiation she will have the strongest hand possible for making a persuasive sales pitch and getting the best price.

Once she reports excellent assays the pressure will be on to sell.
