Or a third possibility: we are not technically in possession of any material information good or bad. I understand this can be a big grey area, defining "possession" of material information. And as far as any PIMA results, they are not 43-101 compliant, therefore she can't release those results good or bad, but they would certainly offer an indication of what's there, pending the official lab results. This is my understanding. Anyone?
