How is IGD anywhere near our stock price?

I want to start off buy saying I own some IGD shares.

It baffles me that it is anywhere near the price of SLI. This is a company that has the option to own some properties currently owned by SLI. They dont own a single property on there own. And please correct me if Im wrong but I dont think they have paid any of the requirements for any of the properties they have options on.

I just hope Lori doesnt take to long on the great news we all know is comming and IGD actually surpasses SLI'S stock price.
