Agreed moremoney. There's nothing about those small amounts of insider sells that bother me in the least. Just food for thought, is it possible that she may be "financing" the Havilah spin out personally? It's my understanding that the company has to have some cash security to be listed by the SEC. I could be totally wrong (someone please correct me if this isn't a possibility), but perhaps she's "covering" that herself rather than raising monies through PPs, etc.
