In my mind someone....(and it could be a whole host of scenarios)...is creating downward pressure...the inaction of management in light of recent trading activities is enabling the "shaking"... therefore it is not whether management is shaking the shares loose...it's that thier inaction shows a lack of concern that it is happening. This is concerning as I cannot for the life of me come up with a positive reason from a shareholders perspective to rationalize this inaction.
