I think Lori and her team are able to work using the on-going results as they come in.

I think insiders who are in blackout are able to receive material information and keep it confidential as long as they don’t disclose the information to outsiders who are not in the blackout.I think Lori put herself and all her insiders in blackout so they can receive, interpret and act upon the results.I think there are several options in terms of when the information is released to the outside world which gives Lori the ability to package the information how she sees fit.

This is my opinion based on how I see these things handled in the oil patch.If I’m off base –please feel free to correct me.
