the following section in your previous post may point to why a delay of information might be taking place...

the company to pursue specific and limited objectives or to

complete a transaction or series of transactions that are

under way.

WHY IT MAY BE RELEVANT:

It is my understanding that there is a "cleaning up" of outstanding Warrants that have a due date of OCT 21st (not sure about this date). This may IMO be considered a transaction that is currently underway that is set to be completed. This "cleaning up" process, while not at all uncommon, can be complicated and can create some volatilty and in turn may cause harm to the completion of this set of transactions.

This is only speculation on my part, but may be something other than the common notion that we have confidentiality agreements out there holding back news.
