Ib7 If this deal was put into Havillah how do we as shareholders of SLI benefit. If you own 100,000 shares of SLI you will get 5000 of the new comp. If it comes out at 10 cents you have $500.00 in the new company. The new company has nothing in the bank and will have to do financings to raise money to do any work on the properties, diluting our holding. The spin off is not worth much to SLI shareholders at this point to have a position in the company you will have to buy on the open market or in a financing no different than taking a position in IGD except they already have money raised to begin work
