Strange............. when the Naysayers ( I love 'em) albeit temporary, start to post negative concerns, they are usually advised to sell out and move on.

C'mon folks, what sort of response is that ?

Although I'm not too crazy about this deal either, strictly because it does bring up the ' conflict of interest ' scenario, I certainly don't think management is trying to screw it's supporters.

So I ask myself, "is this deal going to make or break my investment in SLI ?"

I don't think so. And I will not be selling out and moving on.

Prepare yourselves for a few more 'deals'. Hopefully a spin-out.
