I hold my SLI shares in three accounts with one of the big 5 bank discount brokerages. And in our family there is one in a different colour bank discount brokerage. For all accounts and all shares on record date, we received a voting instruction form from the brokerage and in conjunction with WWW.PROXYVOTE.COM. The choices are to vote by appointing Lori and Murry as our proxies, in otherwords the management recomendations, or as we wish for or against each item. We can send in our votes via mail, by phone or online using a control number. The voting instructions form clearly states in bold print, "We cannot vote for you if we do not receive your voting instructions."

We always exercise our right to vote and yet if we did not, I believe there would be no vote cast to the contrary of our wishes.
