I agree that there's a very good chance that we may end up owning shares in another company as part payment for tesoro, but it makes no difference, you can still sell them if you wish. Not sure about the net smelter royalties though. I think I'd rather be paid out with cash or stocks and have it over with. I guess it all depends how much the cash turns out to be.
