Dave's hands have been tied since the agreement was signed as possibly many of the new PRB shareholders have not received there shares. Things sometimes go off the rail and only time can solve these sort of issues, if positive or prehaps negative news were released and I for example was not able to trade that would not be good and as a poster on stockhouse noted probably legal issues could arise.
Jult 1st and July 4th holidays are close so prehaps news will hold until the following week. Besides possible drill results from Adventure's Detour East project, there could well be some preliminary exploration results coming from Timmons West blocks. Can't imagine Dave's crew sitting around until the deal was finalized, field studies, airborne surveys, mapping all could be on the go. It was a long wait, some 2 months to get the deal signes.
Meanwhile the sp is doing OK during the quiet period, some group just don't want it to drift lower, thats a good thing.
