Backroom deals that F longs don't sit well with me. We get tied to a behemoth whale who dives deep and who is tethered to other rusted out hulls of deals across the globe. This a crappy deal. There are serious tax issues related to US. There are no guarantees in the offer. There's a backend sting. Who in their freaking right mind, doing what's best for shareholder value ----does all these things and more? The board takes care of themselves. That's what's going on here.
