I calculate purchase price to be:

$25.0M cash

16.6M (6M shares x $2.76CAD)

$41.6M

And EV/oz of gold (amount of oz unknown):

- 500k oz = $83/oz,

- 750k oz = $55/oz

- 1M oz = $42/oz

Any thoughts on ounces acquired and EV/oz???
