Had a listen, he was imo winging it, had imo little concept of the project and still couldn't say he didn't know much about PRB and the Borden project. This was like an earlier clip on a project in Navada where he noted they had to go down 1000's of m in overburden to see what was there. RIGHT One would indeed like to believe that analysts would have enough technical info on a project to make an informed opinion. Seems like too much to ask, better yet, do your own DD and if you don't have a technical background search out a geo for cases like this in your area, there are lots around.
