It seems to me that some news releases are in order in this environment addressing an independent evaluation of what Black Creek is worth with some realistic ideas on when our royalty comes into play and what income we might expect. These two dust ridden assets, including Dave's handpicked ROF claims, aside from Borden Lake are a bag of jewels in grandma's dresser that no one wants to talk about. We need to start beating the drums concerning our other assets or soon the A-morale predators will arrive at these price levels.
I noticed when Jim Sinclair's stock was also beaten down some months back he increased his news releases and the shares smartly responded from those undervalued levels. The Board seriously needs to think about countering market price terrorism. Maybe, they need to get out of their offices and off their house recliners and take a visit to bear country and see how a mother bear protects her young.
