I was just thinking about a few things: There is $18 trillion in IRA's and 401k's in the US and there is legislation brewing to impound part or all of it to pay off debt by issuing government guaranteed bonds(?) in place of those public held assets. What will the government do with the gold share assets impounded if legislation goes through? Also, the Fed issues the location of its gold as in "Deep Storage." Could it be that professionals stating over and over again that there is no gold left in Fort Knox be right and there is a plan to replace it by some gold exploration take-overs, one way or the other, which in reality has their gold in deep storage?
It seems that suspected past years of gold selling at below or a small amount above prevailing prices will be covered for a profit by acquiring this very cheap gold in the ground caused by the gigantic hedge fund price suppression scheme. One has to wonder, especially in the US and the UK, why regulators never took any action against the persistant attack of these millions and millions of naked short sales that crucified the investing public when it is their sworn duty and responsibility to protect the public
