You are taking me the wrong way... I'm not interested in PRB being taken over... I'm just stating that at these prices others may view PRB as an attractive target.
The whole jr market is under pressure from a lack of buyers.... Look at the 5 year chart... collectively the venture exchange is trading at 3 years ago capitalization.... in a timeframe where there were billions in IPO's and financings. Therefore the average stock is trading at only a fraction of its value 3 years ago, while many have advanced their projects to resource reserve status, or have become producers or near term producers.
PRB is not alone in this market, but there are those that have retained market value, and thus they could become predatory. seting themselves up for mid tier status in the years ahead.
The majors have done this in past year.... and with ewer of them around they have become very large. The next level may start this kind of activity in this setting.
