NO reverse split!! Thank you all, hopefully. Please note there were enough proxies to count to meet the quorem requirement(so a boycott would not have been productive) and enough of us "actives" so to vote down the reverse split. This is the first time we have had a say in one of these SHAM scams. As Mom used to say,"We"ll see". GLTA
