phone calls .... did anyone get an email reminder to vote? Strange to use an old tech like phone and not use something modern like email or something even more current like texting.....

and if your shares are held in street name how does "someone(s)" know that you hold shares and that they even have your phone number???

Where did all this info come from? Did someone take a look at the shareholder list at the company headquarters?
