The Arbitration decision between PTSC/PDS and TPL will have a major influence on future revenues. In any case, I would rather lose what little value I have left than let this BoD screw me even more. If the motion were to be approved the current shareholders would possibly own less than 7% and thus have no chance of future influence. Thus this vote is our last Hurrah. If the split is approved the BoD would have about 560 million shares (assuming a 1:10 split) to release to friends and family or Eric Swartz or anyone that might put in enough dollars to keep paying them for a few more years. I don't want to see others potentially benefit at our indubitable and inevitable expense.
Even the Proxy warns about downsides of a split.
Keep the hope alive. vote AGAINST the split proposal.
They'll probably just issue Preferred stock anyway.
