It bothers me that they cite a range of 5-15. I would imagine almost everyone has a round number of hundreds of shares, i.e. last two digits are 00. A split of 15 will leave most people with fractional payouts which is added cost to PTSC and a pain in our 2016 tax returns.
I'd rather see 20 (making about 20c per new share) or even 50 (~50c). Given their stated range I guess 1:10 will have to do.
Actually, what I would really like to see is a plan from the PTSC BoD to grow share price the old-fashioned way - by putting in some management effort to grow revenues and profitability.
