I have not followed this message board in quite some time, so this may be old news. In reading through one of the exhibits (B p.2) posted by BaNosser(many thanks again) it appears that Patriot had nominated Thomas Chaffin, Charles Moore and David Pohl as the third and independent member of PDS.

Thomas A. Chaffin was selected. Who is he?
