How did these licenses get signed? and when were they negotiated? Are these new agreements or something kept in a drawer? Is TPL still negotiating and getting licenses signed during all this turmoil? And who would sign a license during this mess? Couldn't the license be thrown out depending on court rulings? More questions than answers IMO. The interesting thing to me is how much gets exposed during the course of the trials.
