No offense, but the portion of your post ascribing blame to our attorneys is just plain wrong.

As to whether the patent was worthless all along, we learn from experience, but we cannot live our lives by relying on hindsight. At any given point in realtime, only foresight is possible, and foresight is later successful only when its evaluation was based in reality.
