I would rather see some glimmering light at the end of the tunnel just like Dominion does or they would not have stood by us to this point.

People have been using this indirect "logic" for years --- "Roger Cook took our case!!!", "Jim Turley wanted to be our CEO!!!", "We found a licensing agent!!!", "[fill in the blank]!!!", so, therefore, the stock price must be headed higher. You can, of course, be the lastest of those who continue to use such "reasoning", but history has shown it isn't a very reliable method.

Lawyers sometimes take bad cases just as agents sometimes choose to represent actors or athletes who are relatively low on the talent scale, and there is usually always someone willing to take on a CEO role, particularly if the pay is good and the workload is comparatively light. But merely because those things are so should not be equated with the likelihood of success.
