We shouldn`t think about being slapped by a defamation suit.

This is not our fault. We have an management with eight years disapointment. This is our loss in the bank-account.

Where is the speech of Flowers & Co. ?

In other countries Manager apologies themselves in public for their failure!

That´s the least they should do for us.
