Frankly, I hope the post you quoted was in actuality meant as a joke --- otherwise, I can only conclude that it is an example of the very dangerous concept that is known as "positive thinking", which by definition incorporates an active desire to avoid and/or exclude reality.

It's really very simple --- if the claims construction contained in the new Markman ruling from Judge Grewal was favorable to PTSC/TPL, our lawyers would not have agreed to stipulate that it yields non-infringement. In other words, to assert that this new claims construction is favorable to us is utterly ridiculous.
