I do not read that the TPL ownership portion (if there is any) on the MMP (as an asset) was transfered.

Yes, to read the final version of Exhibit F (if there is one) would be fine.

May be BaNosser can provide it. The version posted on 8-31-2015 has NO Exhibit F, and there is one reference to an Exhibit F in the wording on page 53.

May be Ron can provide his interpretation on this.
