We're not rid of TPL. We're not rid of Leckrone. We're not rid of the company (run by his daughter?) into which Leckrone moved his MMP IP assets with no compensation to TPL. That's what he did in BK - he looked at his empire and moved as much of it away from being a TPL asset as possible, tangible or intangible. And he so far has got away with it. Take Exhibit F and pin it where you can read it every morning. That's the way to start the day!
Ways to get rid of DL are pretty much limited to jail-time or death, and even these would somehow generate litigation. Getting him in breach of every contract he ever signed with Chuck Moore, PTSC and PDS might help. Getting TPL into a forced Chapter 7 might help. But like a chicken with its head cut off he'd still run around causing problems.
That said, at least PDS, apparently backed by PTSC and the mysterious yet unnamed PDS#3, have taken a seemingly aggressive step. But what if the response is "Oops, our bad. Here are the names and here are the claims and their reverse-engineering work product. Oh, and here's a new CoMag with a new associated Confidentiality Non-Disclosure agreement - you'll need to sign both."?
