Why are PTSC's Shareholders continuously being played? Seemingly played by all involved, and the process which allows it. 452 potential MMP targets (and this figure probably based on an old assesment) What is PDS (assumed 2/3rds PTSC favorable) waiting for? Does the BK Judge still oversee? Are the creditors not concerned the largest TPL asset is purposely stalled by TPL? Is this all some effort to wait until after further 336/749 litigation ?
