Not sure what you mean as to "if no proxies were submitted prior". However, if you received a proxy statement as should have occurred, you can try to vote online within the next couple of hours before the meeting --- all that can happen is that your vote might be rejected as untimely. I seem to recall a statement I read somewhere about voting even during the meeting, but I'm not certain of that.
