Thanks BaNosser. I gave the first thumbs up last night around 10 PM LA time. I now see five thumbs up but no reply comments. Much to digest and nothing seems clear about how things will turn out. However, after sleeping on the info I will comment about CM's reply to the government's arguement. Interesting to me that CM agreed to many points of the gov and made changes, though still firm on basic points. So much of the gov. arguements were deminished or nullified. Perhaps things will go CM's way. Interesting also to see the comment on the shareholder letter. I also noted that the judge would issue an order "later"..... more waiting. I feel CM still has a good chance for his plan to be excepted.
