I too read Patriot's objection

It raises the question why now?

Is it because of Ron's letter supporting Moore's plan with over 50 PTSC shareholders pledging their support as well? Or is it because that same letter blasts Patriot's BoD For failing in their fiduciary responsibilities to the shareholders and now at last the world will know about it.
