Our shareholder letter has just been sent to PTSC and the attorneys for Mr. Moore and the Creditors' Committee. As one point, it takes exactly the position that you stated in your post i.e., that Alliacense and the Leckrones should be taken out of the equation.

I expect that the letter will soon be available here on the board. As I said in a post earlier this week, it may not do any good, but at least we made the effort.
