While finally clearing out boxes of "saved" documents I found pages 3-5 of the Bylaws, representing what I think is Article III - "Meetings of Shareholders". The very first paragraph says that the annual meeting shall be held between the 90th and 180th day after the Company's tax year end. So that would mean roughly September through November.
So why, over the years, has it slipped from November to April? Did we pass a change to the Bylaws, or did the BoD change them, while I blinked?
A meeting this November, say just before Thanksgiving, would be nice, with hopefully the BK put to rest and licenses starting up and maybe a "PTSC patent licensing company".
