We have allowed Lecky to collect more than just his expenses,in most cases, all their expenses,including Litigation and reverse engineering/deconstruction etc.. and HE is nervy enough to demand further money for that which, IMO we already PAID him..
And if as some have concluded from the very ambiguous information available, so far,that the PDS structure is still in force,he will continue to have the ability to divert funds from PDS,unless and until the third person is installed..
When will that seat be filled, and by whom?? (WE have NO guarantee which way Mr V will go).
That HOLE in the DIKE needs to be plugged, and SOON.
It appears that he may have three deals,"Waiting in the wings",which can be closed quickly, giving him control over those funds, before he can be stopped.

OUR, IN HOUSE attorney/Director is NOT, IMO putting the S/Hs interests first, as his position as a Director, should require be his first priority..Again IMO...
