I am imagining Jim Otteson sitting down and saying "OK, boys, here's how it's going to go. Sign this and I'll stay around. Don't sign it and I'm outta here".
I just can't see anyone at PTSC or TPL/Alliacense being that thorough, literate or detail oriented.
Or maybe it was Swamy, or Jim and Swamy. Who cares... The power has shifted, PTSC now has rights to terminate Alliacense.
The most interesting bit is that Swamy and CJ show PTSC as their correspondence address. Not Alliacense or Swartz. This leads me to think that this massive change is driven by the cooperation of the general Creditor Committee and PTSC.
I still think PDS needs that independent seat. I'd like to suggest Judge Judy.
