Hi. When I look back the fillings of the last years (looked until 2011), there never had been a 10-Q filling for the 4. quarter. Therefore I think we will have to wait until the end of august for the 10-K filling ...

Would not really make sense, if you can wait for the 10-K filling until end of August when you have to fill 10-Q for Q4 by mid of July i think ...
