I have another trial this coming Monday, so I haven't been reading the board much at all. Just happend to take a break from prep and saw your post.

To my knowledge, nothing has changed. The HTC appeal is proceeding in the Federal Court, a lifting of the stay has been requested in the Barnes & Noble case in the federal district court (although I don't know what action, if any, has been taken on that), and the hearing on various issues in the bankruptcy court is (by recollection) set in early July. I'm expecting another continuance of that July date merely because of summer schedules for everyone, but hopefully I'll be wrong.

No time for more, but then again, I don't think there's much more to talk about. Best wishes to you and all.
