I think you're right. The stock closed yesterday at $0.045. Management is non existent. The BoD is repulsive. At this point, it will take a major miracle to turn this thing around. I think it's pretty clear that the BoD and Leckrone are letting it run itself into the ground and they will go on their merry way with full pockets.
