Having been here for many years, I remember the appeals for action, and I was one of the cheerleaders of this cause, but nothing happened. No one took up the cause. Many of us put our inentions to support any action on the line. Nothing happened.''

Too late? Is it? I wish I had knowledge and experience in these matters, but, unfortunately I don't.
