that if the direct result of their continued presence ment the actual Bankrupty of PTSC, would Carl, Gloria and Cliff step down from the BOD ?
With Cliff's scripted SHAM soloquie yesterday, and his apparent indifference to Shareholders opinions (and the Market's too, through pricing of our stock) of the pathetic, weak, untrusted and deeply flawed leadership their Board provides, I draw the conclusion that ... so long as there is still cash in the coffers they can pay themselves for the Performance Of Failure they call "Management", they will refuse to accept the overwhelming and recurring Will of Shareholders that they step down; even if it means the absolute death of the company and complete loss of every penny of every Shareholder's investment.
There is another possible companion reason why they refuse to leave ... perhaps they are concerned that another less defensive minded, more professional, and Shareholder devoted BOD, inaddition to being far more effective and far better advocates of Shareholder's interests and assets, would very carefully and critically review the decisions and actions/inactions of the Johnson/Felcyn/Flowers BOD.
