DL/TPL 'bought' Chip Scale from Marcoux... but Marcoux sued him for non-payment... It was in that redacted Apple filing I had posted that FTW busted my balls over... I am heading out and will be gone thru the weekend but If you read thru that unredacted Apple filing I posted it will be in it..
